  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed after cutoff times may be processed the following business day

  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

At this time, we do not ship to:

Incorrect Address

Roosty’s is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
