If you don’t notice an improvement within 90 days of consistent use, we’ll give you a full refund - no questions asked.
No need to return the product. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
Returns (Unused Items)
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be in new condition
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives wrong or damaged, we’ll fix it fast.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- We cover all shipping costs
- Just contact us within 7 days of delivery

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Issued to your original payment method

- Change of mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Opened or used consumables can’t be returned - but they’re fully covered under our 90-Day Guarantee, so you’re still protected.
