We're confident you'll see a real difference in your hens! If you don't notice an improvement within 90 days of consistent use, we'll give you a full refund.


We may reach out with a couple of quick questions to make sure the product is being used in the best way possible - we want to set your flock up for success! No need to return anything. Just email us and we'll take care of you. 🐣

Returns (Unused Items)


We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items. To be eligible:


● The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
● The product must be in new condition


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


If something arrives wrong or damaged, we'll fix it fast! Just contact us within 7 days of
delivery and send over a photo of the damaged package or item so we can sort things
out right away.

Order Cancellations


Subscription orders: We send you a heads-up email 5 days before your order is placed,
giving you plenty of time to make any changes you need.


Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to make sure it reaches you as fast as
possible =- so cancellations aren't always possible at that stage. But don't worry! Email us and we'll do our very best to find the right solution for you.
